Cottonelle Fresh Flushable Moist Wipes Have a New & Improved Dispenser

I had the opportunity to review the Cottonelle Fresh Flushable Moist Wipes last year and am excited that they updated their dispenser so that it is cuter, sleeker, and most importantly, works a lot better! The button in the last dispenser (pictured, top right) was smaller and would get stuck, but the button to open the new dispenser (pictured, bottom right) is wider which seems to have solved this problem. The new blue floral pattern is also a little more spa-like and calming, isn’t it? 

I used these moist wipes a lot to “keep fresh” while I was pregnant and we continue to frequently use them with my daughter when she goes potty. She never seems to get a good enough wipe with regular toilet paper and now that our cloth wipes warmer is at brother’s changing table she uses these instead when she goes in the hall bathroom. I’ve even used them to clean up some messes our pups have make on the wood floors so they’re versatile. 
The wipes are about the size of two squares of toilet paper which also mean you will probably use less than dry toilet paper and because they are a little thicker and moist the small size seems to clean a lot better. I think we have all been guilty of taking 6+ squares worth of toilet paper at a time, especially when the roll is full. These dispensers also come with Command Strips (for a limited time) so you can stick it next to your toilet paper roll or wherever is the most convenient for your family. It also can be placed on top of the toilet tank if you don’t want to make the commitment to keeping it in the same spot.

Are you a cloth diaper using mama who hasn’t made the leap to use cloth wipes? These may be a great alternative to baby wipes, because you can toss them in the toilet when you “plop the poop” to flush, or use them to help clean off a soiled diaper if you don’t have a sprayer at home or when you’re away from home since they are flushable and septic safe. Just check the ingredients to make sure none of the ingredients will irritate your little one and it beats having a trash can for wipes and a diaper pail for dirty dipes!
