Bravado Essential Nursing Tank Review

I am in love with this nursing tank! The #1 reason is that it is a tank built around a bra rather than just a shelf bra and it makes my other two nursing tanks I saved from my daughter look pathetic. I typically like most of the products I am privileged to review, but when I fall in love with something it is dangerous business! I have purchased two additional nursing tanks since I started this review as well as the original nursing bra. Out of the four or five nursing bra brands I have tried, these are hands down my favorite and I would venture to say that if you are on a budget you would be better off with 3-4 of these bras and wash them more frequently than have half a dozen or a dozen cheaper (in my opinion inferior) bras.

This tank is comfortable, long, flattering and supportive— and with my breastfeeding breasts being at least two cup sizes larger than normal, support is a must. I wish I had purchased these while I was pregnant and needed a larger bra size as they transition well, because these tanks boast the ability to resist stretching out. Perfect for using from pregnancy to nursing and as you lose your mama pounds. The bra that is built under the tank top fabric is a similar structure and fit as the original nursing bra and it is a pull over style. The snaps to open up the cups are different on this tank than their other bras (less noticeable for those who choose to wear it as a shirt), but after a week or so of getting used to them I am able to open and close them with one hand.

If you are looking for a comfortable, supportive nursing tank that could easily be worn as a bra tank after you finish nursing or while you are pregnant and need a larger bra size, this is my top pick and recommendation. I have liked the original nursing bra I purchased as well, although the Essential Nursing Tank is my usual go-to for the tummy coverage and because they also work lovely as a layering piece. Now that I am past the leaky, sometimes engorged sore state of breastfeeding I would love to try some of their more structured bras like the Bliss, Sublime and Allure so I can put sexy back into my bras.

A sample of one of the products mentioned in the review were provided for this review. No other compensation was received and the views and opinions are my own.
