I have a weakness for all those sugar-filled cereals of my childhood. To be honest I consume more as an adult than I ever did growing up, and part of that may be just because I can And aren’t we always more conscious about our child’s nutrition than we are to our own? Well after gaining 8 lbs. in 4 weeks since my last OB appointment, I have been trying to reach for less sugary cereals, but I don’t want to sacrifice flavor (plus some plain cereals just result in snacking later or sprinkling too much sugar on top anyways).
One cereal that has a great balance of flavor, nutrition and sweetness is Kix cereal.
