Tiny Tush Hemp One Size Fitted Review

Tiny Tush Trim Hemp One Size diapers take advantage of hemps ability to absorb a lot of moisture for its weight and use it to make this fitted diaper and insert. The insert snaps in so it can be removed for younger infants, lighter wetters or if you prefer an even trimmer fit in exchange for more frequent diaper changes. The removable insert also can make clean up easier and reduces drying time, and can be used as a newborn contour diaper as well. Tiny Tush was really looking for people’s top preferences when designing this diaper: trim, quick drying, easy to clean, soft, adjustable and grows with baby.

I love how soft the hemp is and that it has enough stretch to not only fit my chunky toddler, but move with her body. All of the snaps and elastic are secured to the outside layer of hemp, so no plastic or elastic in against your little one’s skin. No red lines from elastic or outlines of snaps imprinted on your baby’s tummy here! It had great absorption for its trimness, and would get any baby through naptime without the added bulk of other natural or synthetic materials. Although this would be a sufficient overnight choice for small infants, light wetters, and those needing 1-2 diaper changes overnight, it is not an overnight choice for toddlers or heavy wetters who sleep 12 hours through the night (note: hemp doublers could be added or a stay dry insert if you wanted the option to use it overnight, but I was referring to the diaper as-is).

These are a good choice for a trim, one-sized fitted— words that don’t often go hand-in-hand as fitteds are usually know for their great absorption and bulk. The custom milled 80/20 hemp and organic cotton fabric remains softer after multiple washes compared to other hemp inserts and products I have used and will pair nicely with any of your favorite covers or longies.
