I strongly believe that cloth diapers are better for my little one, budget and the environment. You will, however, hear or read arguments about whether or not cloth is better for the environment depending on the type of washer used, the textiles the diapers are made from and so forth. LolliDoo puts many of those questions aside as their products take the environmental-friendly nature of cloth diapers to the next level.
My favorite synthetic material for diaper covers has been fleece, ever since I had a fleece cover for my daughter when I started cloth diapering her. This was because it seemed so much softer and more breathable than PUL covers. I remember thinking back then that I wished there were pocket diapers made with fleece outer layers and LolliDoos are the first diaper I have had the pleasure to try that can boast this soft, super comfy feature in a pocket diaper.
It doesn’t end there. It’s not just soft fleece, it’s made from recycled materials and can then be recycled again after it has “seen its day”. The stainless steel snaps are both secure and recyclable, and the entire diaper dries quickly. The fleece is also made from recycled PET bottles, so in addition to keeping disposable diaper out of landfills they are keeping about 6 PET bottles, per diaper manufactured, out of landfills too! You can also buy their fleece covers (outties) by themselves to pair with their fitted diapers (innies) or other diaper of your choice.
The diapers performed well and are available in both a stay dry and organic inner lining. I felt that these diapers ran on the smaller side of a one size diaper, but should still fit most children from birth to potty training. The adjustable elastic, although highly customizable, was not quite as user-friendly as some others I have tried, but did the job. Since they only need to be adjusted periodically as your child grows, this should not be an issue for most people.
We also tried our classic Eco Pocket diaper overnight with 2 inserts, and had some leaking, however, they have an overnight version of this diaper. The fleece is thicker in the overnight version (300 wt) allowing for added moisture protection and comes with 3 of the organic terry inserts. Newborns and infants who require frequent changes at night may do just fine with the original version overnight.
Overall this diaper performs well, kicks most other diapers in the butt for its environmental consciousness and grows with you baby. LolliDoo diapers are made in the USA and the company works hard to incorporate “Green Practices” in every aspect from the textiles to sewing machines and the recyclable nature of the materials. The “soft as your favorite sweatshirt” aspect of the diaper sure isn’t bad either 
.

It would be hard to choose my favorite color because they have such a great selection of colors that a lot of manufactors don't have, like black, dark purple, dark blue, brown or red.

I have one of the first LolliDoo diapers and I didn't realize how much the design had changed! Mine doesn't have the cute recycled metal snaps or the sizing adjustments on the legs. I also didn't they offer a fitted diaper either.
