YoBaby 3-in-1 Meals Review

I LOVE YoBaby yogurt and they have just come out with a new products called 3-in-1 meals. It is a larger portion than their traditional yogurts and includes fruit and vegetables in the puree to accompany the yogurt. My daughter loved these and gobbled them down like they were water. I feel good knowing they’re organic and contain both fruits and vegetables. My daughter is a good eater, but can be very particular sometimes, but is always game for yogurt. This is the perfect way to make sure she’s getting some fruit and veggies too!

These should be available at most major grocery stores, however you may need to look in a slightly different part of the dairy section or inquire about it if you don’t see it right away. The only downside for toddlers and self feeders is that the consistency of YoBaby yogurt is thinner than other yogurts you may be used to. Just a warning that you may want to strip the kiddos down or get a nice sleeved bib on them before you let them go at it. I feel great feeding these meal cups to my daughter knowing they’re organic and taste delicious. At around $1 a cup they are a little pricier than your non-organic alternatives, but I have spend $2+ on little non-organic toddler meals in the regular baby food isle before so keep in perspective the quality of product you are getting and the quantity. It’s a great sized portion!

YoBaby Turns 10 – and ‘Grows Up’ with New YoBaby Meals
3-in-1 meals provide convenience and nutrition
with a unique mix of tastes in one cup
Londonderry, NH – June 9, 2009 – Stonyfield Farm’s YoBaby turns 10 this year, and marks the occasion by growing its line to include new YoBaby Meals.
YoBaby Meals offer a unique 3-in-1 combination of protein-packed yogurt + fruit + veggie purée in one cup. They’re an easy, delicious and surprising way to help moms give their babies and toddlers a trio of important food groups at every meal.
Three delicious flavors — Pear & Green Bean, Peach & Squash, Apple & Sweet Potato – are just right for baby’s growing appetite. And the single serve 6-ounce cup offers 50% more than current 4-ounce YoBaby multipacks.
One mom-tester was amazed at the great taste of these unique combinations – and babies and toddlers agreed!
YoBaby Meals are convenient nutrition, providing more than 35% of a toddler’s daily protein and calcium needs in one grab-n-go cup. And this is an easy way to get veggies!
YoBaby Organic Meals hit natural food store shelves nationwide July 1 and select grocery chains. Suggested retail price is $1.29 for a single 6-ounce serving.
“We know getting balanced nutrition for your baby or toddler isn’t easy, since Mom’s hectic life and a picky baby or toddler can add up to one big challenge,” says Stonyfield Farm President and CE-Yo Gary Hirshberg. “So we’ve combined the YoBaby yogurt your child loves with a unique mix of tastes. They’ll love it!”
YoBaby Organic Meals join the YoBaby line of organic yogurts available in a wide range of varieties and flavors, and now including Vitamin D and Zinc. They include YoBaby original, in six variety packs; YoBaby Plus Fruit & Cereal with DHA; YoBaby Plus Fruit & Cereal with Iron; YoBaby Simply Plain, “Baby’s First Yogurt;” and YoBaby Drinkables.
