Happy Heinys Organic Hemp Wipes

If you are looking for an organic wipe that has 2 different layers of fabric and is not too thick or thin, Happy Heinys has the perfect wipe. These have a good surface area with soft hemp fleece on one side and the hemp jersey on the other. The jersey is perfect for stickier messes while still being gentle but shrinks a little differently than the fleece resulting in some minimal  “wrinkling”. This is typical of most 2 layer wipes made from different fabrics, as the different fabrics shrink up differently in their initial washes.

These are my favorite fleece AND knit wipe, because I have the choice of either in the same diaper change depending which side I want to use. You can even use both sides if you start with the terry side to grab most of the mess, fold it in half and finish off the diaper change with the soft fleece side! The advantage of hemp, other than being organic and sustainable, is that it stay strong when it is wet as opposed to bamboo fibers which are said to get weaker when they are wet.
