Kushies Ultra Lite AIO & Zolo Toy Review, Plus Coupon

Kushies is a one stop shop for all your baby necessities from layette sets to crib sheets, cloth diapers and everything in between. You will notice their bright, whimsical colors, trendy style and stimulating toys. I had the pleasure of reviewing the Ultra Lite AIO diaper, which is part of a two-size system, and the Zolo Cha-Cha Barbell Rattles.

The Ultra Lite Diaper was quick drying, easy to use and was very adjustable. The outer material was not the typical PUL, but a synthetic fabric similar to those used in Bumkins AIOs and products. The thin velcro tabs and the thick front velcro allowed the rise and waist/thigh angles to be adjusted, but came undone in the dryer more easily than other laundry tabs. The flannel was absorbent and the additional tongue insert allowed for quick drying, but will not wick moisture away from baby’s bottom. A liner will need to be added if you want this feature.

The leg elastic is not channeled, but rolled, which seems softer on my DD’s thighs, but slightly bulkier. This diaper in general was a little bulky in the back, but this is typical of many two size systems since they are covering a wider weight range. This diaper also has 6 layers of flannel sewn into the body of the diaper and does not snap down like many two size or one size diapers. As the name states, however, it is pretty light weight and the bulk is not significant.

The Zolo Cha-Cha Barbell rattles are ADORABLE. I probably get a bigger kick out of them than my daughter since I get the humor in them. She enjoys the light rattle on one end and the “boing” sound they make when hit on the opposite side. An entertaining toy for children of all ages and they even have another version for older infants and toddlers that is a soft stackable barbell rattle. Check out their whole line of colorful, multi-sensory toys here.
