Layered Pumpkin Dessert
1 1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Margarine (melted)
1/2 C Chopped Pecans
Mix, pat into 9×13 baking pan. Bake at 300F for 30 mins.
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
12 oz Cool Whip (reserve 1/2)
Mix together and spread over cooled crust.
1 Envelope of Dream Whip (dry)
1 six oz Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding
Mix together over the other layers. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top.
This was so delicious!! I am sure you can make it a little less calorie intense by replacing lower fat versions of the products (or go for the gold with heavy cream? 😉 ).
