This week’s recipe is a perfect treat for chilly weather and one of my favorite drinks anytime of the year. Make a big batch for the family, if you’re having company, or just make the dry ingredients ahead of time and use as needed. I think this would be a perfect gift if you put it in a glass or mason jar with some decorative cloth and make sure to label it with directions. Enjoy!
1- small can of cocoa powder or 1/2 can of a large can of cocoa powder
1- 6 ounce jar of non-dairy creamer
1- medium box of non-fat dry milk
1- box of confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
Mix together with a metal whip and crush any lumps in mixture with end of
metal whip. Add 4 to 6 teaspoons of mix to every 8 ounce cup of hot water
depending on your taste. Top with marshmallows and/or whip cream, white
or chocolate chips, crushed peppermint candies, and/ or anything else that
sounds good to you. I like to add a scoop of ice cream rolled in crushed peppermint.
Recipe compliments of Brie Hernandez.

That sounds delicious, but I don't normally keep nonfat dry milk around.
Thanks for the recipe! I can't wait to try it!
