La Di Da Diapers Grand Opening & Giveaways

width=150

La Di Da diapers is celebrating their grand opening with some great giveaways! Every purchase of a diaper pattern will automatically be entered to win a $25 G.C. from KAM Snaps, $10 G.C. from FOE Your Diaper, $25 G.C. from Kids in the Garden, $25 G.C. to Natures Fabrics and detergent and pail freshenr from Jenny’s Simply Clean Detergent. So for an affordable $8.50 for the pattern you can make your own pockets, fitteds, AIOs or diaper covers AND you might luck out and win some materials to make your diapers too.

I am excited to have the opportunity to review this pattern so stay tuned in the next couple of weeks for a review. I hope to start on it this week to give you a review of the pattern itself, then I will be posting a review of the diaper. In the meantime here is some info. about the pattern:

Fit
*Trim but still full coverage
*Scoops under the belly
*Generous rise
*Hip-snapping to prevent wing droop
*Unique tilting of front panel and back wings allow the diaper to sit so high on the leg that the size of the thigh is irrelevant. Perfect for those hard to fit, chunky baby thighs!

Sizing
Newborn: 6-12 lbs
Small: 10-20 lbs
Medium: 15-30 lbs
Large: 25-40 lbs

The La Di Da diaper pattern is detailed and consists of 30 pages of pdf so that it is easy to follow and available for immediate use (no waiting for it in the mail!). This will mean that you need a printer and some paper, however, but it’s worth the savings for me as I can choose to print only the pages that I need AND I can reprint pages if I mangle them while trying to gracefully cut around the paper with my rotary cutter and miss :-) And if you’re experienced enough in sewing and want to make some extra money,. La Di Da has a licensing program where you can buy a lifetime licence and create your own beautiful nappies. Be sure to visit the La Di Da picture gallery to see some different ways these diapers can be customized.

  1. This pattern is my absolute favorite – so much so that I gave away nearly 30 diapers that I had made! I remade our diaper stash completely with the LaDiDa pattern and couldn't be happier. The instructions were fabulous, the pictures were helpful, and the diapers are fabulous! Jennifer is also very, VERY helpful when I emailed her.

  2. What a great idea. I can sew pretty well and you can personalize them the way you want.

    I can NOT wait to try it out!! My chunker's thighs are bigger than my forearms, so it's hard sometimes to get dipes to fit him well without HURTING him! I have a lot of confidence in this one!
