Happy Heinys Stacinator Fleece Covers

I purchased these covers because I loved the breathability of the fleece and these were available in snaps instead of velcro like my Swaddlebees fleece covers. They were also more generously sized, so I thought they would fit better over my Bamboozles or prefolds. I like how it is soft and flexible for when my daughter wiggles around and has excellent moisture protection. The leg gussets/elastic is not as tight as a PUL diaper cover, so it doesn’t leave the red lines on my DD’s thighs.

Know that regular fleece will not provide the waterproof protection necessary for cloth diapering. Fleece covers and longies for cloth diapering are most effectively made from Malden Mills fleece as these covers are. Malden Mills is the fleece used for high quality active and outerwear and cannot be purchased at ordinary fabric stores. There are a number of websites online that sell it by the yard, and it is well worth the extra money.

I would rate these covers a 9 – 9.5.
